Straight from the rooftops in NYC to the members of The Test Kitchen in KCMO, we bring you the hottest trend in culinary exploration – a Flavor Tripping Party. The Test Kitchen crew has been working for months to score the actual fresh berries for this cocktail party & tasting event. This WILL NOT be a formal Test Kitchen dinner, but more of a cocktail party where we will all sit down at the Test Kitchen table together to sample the miracle berries with a selection of 6-8 tasting plates to showcase to effects of the berries on your palate.

We encourage everyone to read more about this fascinating berry before putting your name into the lottery.

By putting your name into the lottery you agree to participate in this event at your own risk and waive any and all liability claims against the Test Kitchen. Test Kitchen cannot be held responsible for your good time or your flavor trip. (Our lawyers made us say this!)

Your donation of $75 per person is appreciated and will be payable online within 48 hours of receiving your confirmation email should you be selected to attend this event via the Test Kitchen lottery. No donations will be accepted at the door, all seats must be confirmed and paid for online prior to the event.

To reserve a spot(s), please respond to this e-mail with the names and number of people in your party that you would like placed in the lottery with you. There will be a short window during which reservation requests will be accepted, please respond no later than 5 pm on Saturday, October 18, 2008. We will then use a lottery system to determine The Test Kitchen attendees. There are 40 seats available for this event. We will notify all lottery winners of the status of their reservation via email by 5 pm on Monday, October 20, 2008. If you do not hear from us by then, you did not make it onto the list for this event. We wish you better luck next time.
