Dinner Menu
The National Dish of Brazil: Feijoada Completa is made in rich and poor households across Brazil. The cuts of meat in the stew tend to vary depending on what part of Brazil you are in and the wealth of the cook preparing it for you. Typically served as a family meal on Saturdays, this is a labor intensive dish that takes all day to make. This dinner will be served family style, because Brazilians would never consider serving it any other way.
