| Please join us for the first Test Kitchen event of it's kind. In the days of prohibition, speakeasies allowed people to come together with friends over a drink. In order to keep their locations a secret, clubs were forced into underground spaces and on rooftops to drink. We will be honoring this prohibition tradition via our own secret location for this event. This is not a traditional Test Kitchen dinner, but instead a food and drink happening in the ultimate secret location. Members meeting members over some of the finest cocktails in the city with an innovative sampling of small bites to tempt your palate. Come and join us "in the lube". |

| Your donation of $40 per person is appreciated and will be payable online within 48 hours of receiving your "You Are In" confirmation email should you be selected to attend this event via the Test Kitchen lottery. |

| To reserve a spot(s), please respond to this e-mail with the names and number of people in your party that you would like placed in the lottery with you. There will be a short window during which reservation requests will be accepted, please respond no later than 5 pm on Friday, May 21, 2010. We will close the lottery then and determine The Test Kitchen attendees. There are 60 slots available for this event. We will notify all lottery winners of the status of their reservation via email by 5 pm on Saturday, May 22, 2010. If you do not hear from us by then, you did not make it onto the list for this event. Once you put your name in the lottery, check your email inbox often. If you are selected, the donation process goes very fast and if we don't hear from you, we give your seat to someone else. |
