“Test Kitchen Pastry Class: Chocolate – Cordially Yours”

Please join us for the second Test Kitchen class of it's kind. Come learn the fine art of chocolate cordial candy making from a top local Chef and Master Chocolatier. Learn how to take your favorite cocktail, wine or liquor and turn it into the best chocolate cordial candies you have ever tasted. A well-known technique in Europe, in the US, however, the liquor laws prevent many local chocolatiers from being able to make and sell these liquor-filled chocolate delights. But by the end of this class, you will know how to make them on your own. Imagine your drink of choice encased in a robe of decadent chocolate. Those attending this class will leave with their own kit filled with everything you need (except the booze of your choice) to make these unique and delicious chocolate cordials at home. As part of the class, we will be offering a special cocktail and appetizer for you to enjoy.

This class will be taught by: Master Chocolatier, Chef Aaron Dearinger of Annedore's Fine Chocolate

Your donation of $100 per person is appreciated and will be payable online within 48 hours of receiving your "You Are In" confirmation email should you be selected to attend this event via the Test Kitchen lottery.

To reserve a spot(s), please respond to this e-mail with the names and number of people in your party that you would like placed in the lottery with you. There will be a short window during which reservation requests will be accepted, please respond no later than 5 pm on Wednesday, March 17, 2010. We will close the lottery then and determine The Test Kitchen attendees. There are 10 seats available for this event. We will notify all lottery winners of the status of their reservation via email by 5 pm on Thursday, March 18, 2010. If you do not hear from us by then, you did not make it onto the list for this event. Once you put your name in the lottery, check your email inbox often. If you are selected, the donation process goes very fast and if we don't hear from you, we give your seat to someone else.
