There is no published menu for this event, because it has yet to be written. Each member placing their name into the lottery for this event must name 10 ingredients that Chef will have the option to incorporate into his menu. I will not give Chef these ingredients until 4 days before the event. At that time, the Chef will work to put a menu together from the list of ingredients that you will provide to him. This meal will be determined as much by the guests at the event as by Chef Pete Peterman, himself.

Your donation of $100 per person is appreciated and will be payable online within 48 hours of receiving your “You Are In” confirmation email should you be selected to attend this event via the Test Kitchen lottery.

LOTTERY NOTE: To reserve a spot(s), please respond to this e-mail with the names and number of people in your party that you would like placed in the lottery with you. You will also need to include a list of 10 ingredients that you would like to see Chef Pete use for this dinner. Please remember your list of ingredients should be edible, legal and able to be sourced in Kansas City. Your names will not be placed in the lottery without your list of 10 ingredients.
Please respond no later than 5 pm on Thursday, February 17, 2011. We will close the lottery at that time and determine The Test Kitchen attendees. There are 20 seats available for this event. We will notify all lottery winners of the status of their reservation via email by 5 pm on Friday, February 18, 2011. If you do not hear from us by then, you did not make it onto the list for this event.
